Ms. Eva TO is one of the three founders and directors of the Dalton Learning Lab. A former Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government official, she has always been passionate about global education trends and the positive socio-economic impact that can be gained from advances in education philosophies and technologies. It was this passion for the techniques of learning that led her to become the co-founder and supervisor of Dalton School Hong Kong, the first Dalton Plan elementary school locally.

 

Additionally, Ms. To is Vice Chairman of the Education Committee of Zonta in Hong Kong, which advances the status of women worldwide, and she serves as advisor for the CoCoon Foundation, which provides entrepreneurial training, support and funding to startups in the city.

 

Ms. To enjoys reading books, in particular those discussing the brain or psychology. She is a patron of autistic children’s welfare, art, paintings and novels.
